We are actively building web interfaces and documentation for bioinformatics tools developed in the Cristino Lab. These include pipelines for microRNA target prediction and validation, circRNA detection and annotation, gene network construction and analysis, and multi-omics data integration.
Our computational tools are developed for high-performance computing environments and will be made publicly available as they are packaged and documented for community use. Code repositories will be hosted on GitHub.
