We are currently building this section of the site. It will include curated links to datasets, analysis protocols, and educational materials related to our research in neurogenomics, regulatory non-coding RNA biology, and systems biology.
Planned content includes: publicly available genomics datasets used in our studies, bioinformatics protocols and analysis workflows, links to relevant databases (miRBase, circBase, JASPAR, ENCODE, GTEx), and training materials for students entering the lab.
